Make up Question of the Week:

Do I really need to use a moisturizer, SPF, and then a makeup primer at all once? The answer is simple, NO! You don’t have to use so many products on your face all at once, as it can all sit on your face and move your makeup, clog pores, and waist precious coins! Rule of thumb, only use one product beneath your foundation; as foundation needs to to disappear into the skin and not “float” on top.

Adrian’s Backstage Tip: Some primers are now equipped with hydra
ting properties and contain a spf, so look for products that can do all 3. (Hydrate, Prime, & Protect (SPF) The skin type you have will determine which type of moisturizer or primer you will need.

The purpose of foundation is to look like you have no foundation on, as if you just woke up fresh after a day at the spa. This sheer, tinted moisturizer feels and looks transparent and is great on all skin types. To minimize shine control, use a translucent loose powder with a sponge and limit shine on the center of the face, around the nose, and under the eye and chin area.

Product Facts: Water based, Oil-free, sheer-coverage moisturizer helps minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while delivering a healthy radiance to your face. Comes in five shades from Light to Deep Dark. It is also non comedogenic! The price is affordable for the results that you will get, it costs around $13.99 and you can get it at your favorite store.
